Jacqueline Mayorga Rivera is originally from Keizer, Oregon. After graduating from high school, she attended the UO where she pursued three majors: International Studies, Spanish, and Sociology. As a student, Jacqueline was involved in several student organizations such as M.E.C.H.A and the Coalition Against Environmental Racism. She also started to work in the UO's orientation office where she discovered a passion for higher education.

After she graduated, Jacqueline was able to get an internship position with the Office of Admissions. The role of the admissions counselor reinforced her passion to help students succeed and achieve their education goals. Jacqueline is excited to continue helping students in this new position within the Knight Campus.
