Edin Muratspahic received his master’s degree in biological chemistry at the University of Vienna, Austria. In 2021, he graduated from the Medical University of Vienna, Austria with a PhD in Pharmacology. During his PhD studies, Edin was awarded the Austrian Marietta Blau Fellowship which enabled him to visit the laboratory of professor David J. Craik at the University of Queensland, Australia. In the Hosseinzadeh Lab, Edin’s research focuses on the computational design of peptides to modulate targets of interest. In his free time, Edin enjoys playing soccer, going to the gym, hiking and singing.
